How does your commercial real estate investing platform create value for investors?

Through the acquisition, management and improvement of asset performance. You will receive monthly distributions, and at the end of the hold term, we either refinance or sell the asset. What is the minimum amount I can invest in Nova?

That depends on the specific project and its scale. Our minimum investment threshold typically lies within the $X-$X range.

How do I get started?

How long does the EB-5 process take?

Processing times can vary based on several factors, including the investor's country of origin and visa availability. USCIS provides estimated processing times on their website, and investors should regularly check for updates.

What is the difference between investing directly and through a Regional Center?

A direct investment involves the investor actively managing the business and directly creating jobs. Investing through a USCIS-approved Regional Center allows for a more passive role, with the possibility of counting indirect job creation towards the requirement.

When can I get my Green Card after applying for EB-5?

Timing varies, but it typically takes 1 to 2 years for petition approval and visa availability. After approval, you can apply for a conditional Green Card valid for 2 years.

Can my family members be included in my EB-5 application?

Yes, your spouse and unmarried children under 21 can be included in your EB-5 petition. They are eligible to receive Green Cards along with you.

Can I invest in my own business for EB-5?

Yes, you can invest in your own business if it’s a new commercial enterprise in the U.S. It must create at least 10 full-time jobs and meet all EB-5 investment requirements.

What documents are required for filing an EB-5 petition?

You need proof of investment and legal source of funds, a detailed business plan, and business formation documents. Also include job creation evidence and ID documents like passport and birth certificate.

How long can I leave the U.S. after obtaining an EB-5 visa?

You can travel abroad, but extended absences over 6 months may raise residency concerns. Trips over 1 year can lead to loss of permanent resident status without a reentry permit.
